Vendor Executive - Abans Group Sri Lanka Colombo

Key Responsibilities

Prepare the product list with all the pricing and send it to the relevant department staff to prepare the coding of those products.
Coordinate with the finance department to progress the Vendor payments.
Check and dispatch the delivery when there is any difficulty with the vendor.
Manage and solve vendor concerns and matters.
Survey the product and get the most competent selling price.

Key Requirements

Degree or Professional Qualification in Sales & Marketing/Management or related field.
Minimum 2-3 years work experience in the similar capacity.
Should have excellent organization skills and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills along with active listening.
Proficient in relevant computer applications / MS Office package.
Ability to handle multiple tasks.
Exceptional attention to detail.
Good time management skills.
