About the job

Key Responsibilities:

Practice the best QE guideline defined by the QE department
Identify the business and product risk, suggest & execute a mitigation plan
Review test plan and test strategy
Effort estimation
Responsible for the overall quality of the product/s delivery
If automation; scripting and trouble shoot & lead to enhance the automation framework
Define & ensure quality metric
Lead two or more projects
Identify skill gap of resources & mentoring
Follow the Agile process
On-time delivery
Follow the hierarchy when there is a need for any escalation

Person Specifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field or BSc equivalent qualification with 6+ years) experience
4+ year(s) experience in Software Engineering
Knowledge in testing concepts and models
Hands-on experience in test automation tool (Selenium)
Understanding of different automation models (screen-driven / scenario-based)
Experience in CI/CD practice
Hands-on experience in NFT on Mobile testing (Android/ iOS)
Good knowledge in different product domains
Analytical, problem-solving, teamwork and communication skills
Understanding Scrum and Agile practices
