Key Responsibilities:
 

• Develop, draft, and disseminate global press releases in collaboration with Tier-1 Telcos and strategic partners
• Support award publicity initiatives, highlighting ADL's achievements in global forums
• Contribute to corporate storytelling, media relations, and engagement with international stakeholders
• Assist in managing communications for global events, conferences, and industry forums where ADL participates
• Drive internal communications across ADL offices in Sri Lanka, Malaysia, and Indonesia, ensuring employees are informed, engaged, and aligned with ADL's mission
• Develop newsletters, announcements, presentations, and executive communications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging across all internal channels
• Support planning, execution, and monitoring of communications projects
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of initiatives and campaigns
• Track project milestones, media coverage, and engagement metrics
  
  
   

Person Specifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, global environment
• Familiarity with corporate communications, media relations, event communications, or project management is an advantage, but not mandatory
