We are looking for a Growth & Analytics Intern to join our team. This is a hands-on role for someone who is analytical, organised and eager to learn how data, trends and structured processes contribute to business growth.

What You Will Do

You will work closely with the Head of Global Growth to manage and track the day-to-day rhythm of our marketing and growth operations. Your work will directly support client success, internal reporting and performance reviews across both agency and product initiatives.

 

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
 

• Quote and Project Tracking
• Maintain a live record of all quotes sent, pending and approved
• Organise documentation and ensure follow-ups are completed on time
• Record progress and outcomes for review
• Data and Operations Management
• Keep growth and campaign data up to date
• Record key information related to leads, campaigns and opportunities
• Maintain clear, accurate and accessible records for the team
• Analytics and Insights
• Monitor performance analytics to identify trends and success areas across agency and product work
• Prepare weekly summaries of campaign results and key insights
• Highlight patterns and make observations that support data-driven decisions
• Campaign and Content Support
• Maintain a record of campaign performance across key metrics
• Coordinate uploads and updates for marketing content
• Support ongoing marketing and growth initiatives across multiple brands
• Be social media savvy and understand + be able to replicate what is trending
• Reporting and Coordination
• Compile weekly growth updates and summary reports
• Support internal documentation and process improvements
  
   

Who You Are:

• Currently studying or recently graduated in Marketing, Business, Analytics or Communications
• Naturally analytical with an eye for detail and accuracy
• Organised, proactive and comfortable managing multiple tasks
• Able to work independently while following direction
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Have experience and use of AI and development skills
