As we establish our new Melwa Cement Plant, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Quality Control Manager to lead our quality assurance operations and uphold the highest standards in cement production.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all quality control activities across the cement production process.
Develop and implement quality systems, standards, and inspection procedures in line with industry best practices.
Monitor and evaluate raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products to ensure consistent quality and compliance.
Lead a team of QC professionals and coordinate with production and laboratory teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
Ensure adherence to ISO, safety, and environmental regulations throughout production operations.
Maintain detailed documentation and prepare reports to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Materials Science, or Engineering (or a related field).
Proven experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably within the cement or manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of cement testing standards, quality management systems, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced production environment.
