Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Lead, located in Malabe. The Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring targets are met, and providing mentorship and guidance to team members. The role requires overseeing project timelines, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring high-quality standards are maintained in all deliverables.

Qualifications:

Leadership, Team Management, and Mentorship skills
Strong Organizational and Project Management skills
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
Problem-Solving and Decision-Making abilities
Experience in the Insurance industry is an advantage
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field
