We are Hiring Manager/ Assistant Manager – Finance ( Operational Finance and Business Partnering )

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented person to join and lead our Operational Finance / Business Partnering team.

This role is ideal for a finance professional with a strong foundation in management accounting, a solid grasp of operational finance, and a passion for business partnering to support strategic decision-making across the different functions in the organization.

As an integral part of the finance function, you will work closely with various business units to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, performance analysis, and facilitate profitability and efficiency. You will play a key role in providing insights that help shape operational and strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Chief Operating Officer
• l To deliver accurate and timely management accounts, analyse and report Business performance
• l Drive the business partnering function to drive key initiatives across the organization
• l Facilitate and drive Customer and Plant profitability
• l Budgeting and budget monitoring, driving the long-range plans for the organization

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., CIMA, ACCA, etc.) / Master's degree in Finance is desirable.
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a finance role, with exposure to management accounting and operational finance.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proven experience in business partnering, with the ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders.
• Proficiency in financial systems and tools (e.g., Excel, ERP systems such as SAP).
• Strong Communication skills
