Job Profile:

Collaborate with the Chief Manager - Planning Dept. to analyze cost structures within Cards, IT, HR, Marketing, and Procurement departments.
Identify areas of potential cost reduction and implement strategies to optimize the overheads of the Bank.
Work closely with department heads to understand specific cost challenges and develop targeted solutions.
Provide recommendations for process improvements that enhance the cost structure of the Bank.
Monitor and track cost-saving initiatives, providing regular updates to the Senior Manager Cost Management.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports related to cost management activities.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in cost management.

Applicant's Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, OR Completed CIMA, CA, or ACCA.
Minimum 01 year experience working as a cost analyst, cost specialist, or similar role.
Solid understanding of financial principles and management accounting.
Attention to detail and strong financial analysis.
Knowledge of banking operations and lean management would be an added advantage.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in financial analysis tools (Microsoft Office suite and Google Workspace).
Excellent communication / interpersonal.
