Job Description:

• Lead technical team in implementation and support, and ensure alignment with the organization's strategic goals.
• Mentor and coach systems engineers to deliver solid technical solutions.
• Lead automating repetitive tasks using automation tools that reduce manual efforts and increase overall efficiency and scalability in 365 environments.
• Assist with the creation and modification of all technical documentation/knowledge articles related to installation, configuration procedures, system documentation, and Standard Operation Manuals
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to bolster the reliability of Microsoft 365 services and Microsoft Defender Product.
• Review the security state of the services and drive measures to mitigate security risks together with other team members.

Qualifications:

• The ideal applicant should have a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or more than 5 years of experience in a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience administering Microsoft O365 productivity suite(Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Viva, OneDrive).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform Administration.
• Experience in Microsoft 365 compliance solutions, including data retention policies, labeling, and data loss prevention (DLP) for all M365 collaboration services, including SharePoint, Exchange, and Teams.
• Good experience in Microsoft Defender and Intune device Management
• Strong problem-solving skills and interest in cloud computing and cybersecurity.
• Experience in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Python, Bash
