Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ja-ela. The Job Title will be responsible for performing daily tasks that ensure excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Duties may include managing guest interactions, coordinating with various departments such as Food and Beverage, Banquet Services, and Housekeeping, and ensuring the maintenance of high service standards.

Qualifications:

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
Experience in hospitality or related fields
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Strong attention to detail and high standards for quality
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Relevant certifications in hospitality management are a plus
Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage
