Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role, located in Colombo, for an Intern - Business Growth. The intern will be responsible for assisting with business growth initiatives, which include conducting analysis, supporting sales activities, contributing to growth hacking strategies, and managing projects. Day-to-day tasks will involve working closely with the business development team to identify opportunities and implement growth strategies effectively.

Qualifications:

Strong Analytical Skills for data analysis and problem-solving
Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and presentation
Experience or interest in Growth Hacking and Sales strategies
Project Management skills for organizing and executing projects efficiently
Ability to work on-site in Colombo
Proactiveness and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial
Following CIMA / CFA
