As we continue to expand rapidly, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Creative Director to join our leadership team and help shape the creative future of our brand.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of creative leadership experience in event design, experiential marketing, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio showcasing high-level events or experiential design work.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.  
• Expertise in creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, CAD, or similar).
• Strong understanding of spatial design, storytelling, and audience engagement.
• Excellent client-facing, presentation, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead creative concepts for events, including themes, set designs, branding, decor, and overall

visual storytelling.

• Collaborate with event producers, clients, and vendors to align creative vision with client goals and event

objectives.

• Guide and manage a team of designers, stylists, and creative freelancers from ideation through execution.
• Stay on top of trends in design, fashion, tech, and entertainment to ensure innovation and freshness in all

projects.

• Pitch creative concepts to clients with strong storytelling and visual presentation skills.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and resources for all creative components of an event.
