Assistant Manager / Senior Executive - Sales (Interior Decor)

Key Responsibilities:

Actively seek and appoint new architects, interior designers, interior companies, and contractors.
Achieve set sales targets and ensure product specifications are met.
Provide swift resolutions to client inquiries and issues, ensuring seamless communication and high satisfaction.
Source and onboard reliable foreign suppliers with strong negotiation skills.
Monitor competitors and product trends to support strategic planning and boost market share.
Work closely with the design and project teams to deliver customized interior solutions.

An ideal candidate should possess:

Bachelor’s degree or professional qualifications in sales & marketing, business management, or a related field.
Previous sales experience in the project, interior, construction, and furniture industry is a mandatory requirement.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Strong knowledge of interior design products and materials.
Ability to analyze data and market trends to support strategic decisions.
