Job Profile:

• Extract and analyze data from the bank’s data warehouse and Data Lake to generate insights on product performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
• Build and deploy predictive models using regression and optimization techniques to forecast customer behavior and support strategic decisions.
• Develop personalized product suggestions using customer transaction and behavioral data to enhance engagement and retention.
• Deliver timely daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards to support business decisions and monitor digital channel performance.
• Lead analytics projects, support data governance, and optimize business processes through automation and machine learning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, threats, and implement data-backed strategies.

Special Skills:

• Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau/Power BI, Python/R, and data modeling.
• Excellent communication and report writing abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
• Strategic mindset with a focus on results and accountability.

Experience & Qualification:

• Minimum 7 years of overall experience, with at least 2 years in a similar analytics role.
• Degree or diploma in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a professional qualification in Banking, CIMA, CIM, ACCA, or ACA.
• Proven experience in digital banking analytics, customer segmentation, and performance tracking
