We are seeking detail-oriented and vigilant candidates to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for the 24/7 surveillance of card transaction activity through Visa and Mastercard systems. You will play a vital role in safeguarding our customers and institution from potential fraud by developing and maintaining rules, addressing exceptions, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Transaction Monitoring: Conduct continuous, 24/7 monitoring of Visa and Mastercard transactions to proactively identify and mitigate potentially fraudulent activities. 
• Rule Management: Configure and maintain transaction rules on Visa and Mastercard systems to manage compliance and detect violations. 
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure compliance with CBSL guidelines by monitoring credit limit breaches and initiating corrective fund transfers as needed. 
• Monitor customers with available balances exceeding their approved credit limits and ensure compliance with Central Bank of Sri Lanka (CBSL) guidelines by instructing fund transfers when necessary.

Requirements: 

• Language Skills: Fluency in Sinhala and English; knowledge of Tamil will be an added advantage 
• Work Hours: Roster basis (Earliest shift to start at 7 am and last shift to start at 10 PM). You will be required to work 5 days a week. 
• Skills: Computer literacy and customer service 
• Experience: Previous experience in Fraud Monitoring is a plus, but freshers/school leavers are also welcome to apply 
• Location: The work location will be at HNB Towers, Maradana. 
• Flexibility: Willingness to work on a shift basis, including night shifts to support the 24/7 operation (Transport will be provided for shifts ending after 10.00 pm within a radius of 21KM from the Centre). 
• Also, the candidate should be flexible to work on weekends and public holidays. 

Educational Qualifications:

• Ordinary Level (Local/London) with a minimum 5 "C* passes including English and Mathematics 
• Advanced Level (Local/London) with minimum 3 "S" passes

Age Limit:

18-25 years
