Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role located in Colombo for a Liability Sales position. The Liability Sales representative will be responsible for managing and increasing the portfolio of liability products, providing excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and conducting training sessions on sales techniques. The role will include regular interaction with clients, assessing their needs, and developing strategies to meet sales goals.

Qualifications:

Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
Ability to conduct effective Training sessions
Excellent organizational and team-working abilities
Proficiency in financial services and banking practices is a plus
After A/L's or Passes for A/L's
