Job Description
Position: Manager / Assistant Manager – Sales / Business Development (B2B)
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 3 years of relevant experience in B2B Sales / Business Development (Manager) or 2 years (Assistant Manager).
- Experience in [Insert relevant industry, e.g., IT solutions, manufacturing, services, etc.].
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Hands-on Institutional Sales to key customers such as Architects, Engineers, and Project Customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve business targets.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients across relevant industries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client organizations.
- Conduct market research to identify business opportunities, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and deliver customized sales proposals and presentations.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close profitable deals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective account management and timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales campaigns with business goals.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and reporting in CRM tools.
- Represent the organization at networking events, trade fairs, and business forums.
