We are on the lookout for Analyst / Senior Analyst / Specialist / Senior Specialist for the following skills.

Experience Required: 2 - 8 years

Key Requirements:

Extensive knowledge on Troubleshooting Server Hardware (HP /Dell).
Working Experience on Server Recovery Options.
Administration and Troubleshooting of Windows OS 2008/2012/2016/2019 servers, DHCP, DNS, File Servers Handling/ Upgrading/Configuring Servers.
Troubleshooting Server Performance Issues.
PKI hands-on experience in handling Certificate Authority Administration & Certificate Enrollment.
Working in a 24/7 global environment, MCSE Certified would be preferred.

Responsibilities:

Adhere to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Ensure positive customer experience and CSAT through First Call Resolution and minimum rejected resolutions or reopened cases.
Participate or contribute to the EN business in the creation of proposals to drive Service improvement plans.
Independently resolve tickets and ensure that the agreed SLA of ticket volume and time is met for the team.
Provide support for on-call escalations or L3 level support, and perform incident and problem management.
Work on value-adding activities such as Knowledge base update and management, training freshers, coaching analysts, and conducting interviews or participation in hiring drives.
