Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Leader, Housekeeping at our Bentota location. The Team Leader will oversee daily housekeeping operations, ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of hotel facilities. Responsibilities include supervising housekeeping staff, managing equipment maintenance, and ensuring facilities operate smoothly. Additionally, the role involves effective communication with team members and other departments to provide exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications:

Supervisory Skills and Communication Skills
Equipment Maintenance knowledge
Experience in Facility Management (FM) and Facilities Operations
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage
Proficiency in both written and spoken English
