Assistant Manager/Senior Executive – Compliance

UB Finance PLC is seeking a competent and detail-oriented professional to join our Compliance Division. The ideal candidate will support the implementation of regulatory frameworks and contribute to strengthening the organisation’s governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Compliance Officer in implementing the Compliance Framework and annual Audit Plan.
Review regulatory developments and identify gaps for timely corrective action.
Verify accuracy and completeness of returns submitted to the regulator.
Support the screening, monitoring, and reporting of Suspicious Transactions.
Assist in conducting compliance audits and facilitating training programs.

Candidate Profile:

A relevant qualification in compliance, accounting, or risk management.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance practices.
