We are seeking a Brand Strategist to drive sales for our Electronics and General Merchandise verticals at Daraz. This is a sales-focused role that will involve developing and executing brand strategies tailored to these key categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive strategies aligned with business objectives, ensuring consistent adherence to brand guidelines across all touchpoints.
• Market Analysis: Perform in-depth market research to understand customer preferences, competitor activities, and industry trends, leveraging data to identify opportunities for brand growth and differentiation.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute innovative marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms, working with creative teams to produce impactful content that engages target audiences.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align brand initiatives with business objectives, while partnering with external agencies for design, advertising, and media planning.
• Performance Tracking: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future initiatives, while managing the brand budget to ensure maximum ROI.
• Customer Engagement: Build a strong relationship with the target audience through compelling storytelling and innovative strategies, while leveraging customer feedback to refine brand messaging and offerings.

Job Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• A years' experience as a Brand Executive or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced industry.
• Solid understanding of brand management principles, market research, and consumer behavior.
• Exceptional communication, analytical, and project management skills.
