Performance Marketing Analyst 

Key Responsibilities:

-Analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns and customer journeys to provide actionable insights.

-Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor KPIs, ensuring continuous performance tracking and optimization.

-Implement tracking solutions and manage tags using tools like Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection.

-Prepare and deliver presentations that effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders and clients.

-Continuously learn and adapt to new marketing analytics technologies, including Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).

-Leverage knowledge of attribution models to improve campaign performance and ROI analysis.

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics insights with broader marketing strategies.

-Identify trends and opportunities through data analysis to support strategic decision-making.

-Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant privacy standards in all analytics initiatives.

-Stay updated with advancements in marketing analytics tools and methodologies to enhance effectiveness

Qualifications:

-2+ years of experience in marketing data analysis, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights.

-Proficiency in using tools such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads platforms for campaign performance analysis.

-Hands-on experience with customer journey analysis and segmentation using CRM platforms.

-Strong knowledge of KPI monitoring, data visualization, and dashboard creation for performance tracking.

-Familiarity with implementing tracking solutions and managing tags through tools like Google Tag Manager.

-Understanding of marketing attribution models and their application in evaluating campaign ROI.

-Experience in preparing and delivering data-driven presentations to stakeholders and clients.

-Ability to learn and adopt new marketing analytics technologies, such as Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM).

-Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset
