EXECUTIVE - MOULDING (Based at Kreeda - Biyagama)

• Embark on a journey of change with MAS, by joining the Kreeda team as an EXECUTIVE - MOULDING! This role would enable you to follow up samples from the Specific Development to Pre Production under the specific customer related to Cutting and Moulding at Product Development Center in order to achieve quality and Output standards to the given T&A. The sampling process should be followed with the available technical specifications & instructions with the performance of technical experience and the knowledge to maximize the bulk feasibility and cutting capacity utilization. Assist the Bulk cutting as and when required to achieve the given Cutting & Moulding specification with the quality outcome.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up CAD cutting and moulding related activities from the Development Risk Assessment meeting to New Style PP Plan with the given technical specification & the instructions comparing to the original samples/Sketch/Comment with necessary adjustments.
• Follow up moldability test for new moulding materials and moulding for PP size set related to the specific customer groups by providing Moulding comments via e-mail to customer /supplier/Internal groups and maintain records with the Mold specimen.
• Follow up cutting and moulding Integration with the relevant plant representatives and handover reference samples.
  Follow up Dies and new moulding tool requirements with planning production Control team and share details of cutting /moulding information with cutting planning to manage cutting capacity.
• Prepare Cutting Guidance and the molling Description for the bulk production prior to PP to issue at PP meeting.
• Participate in the daily customer meeting, Risk assessment meeting and pre-production meeting as for given T&A.

Knowledge and Skills

• Degree / diploma in textile or polymer science.
• 3-4 years in a similar role.
• Experience in Garment technology or production.
• Knowledge on Fabric or adhesive behaviours.
• Communication skills / negotiation skills / interpersonal skills.
