Spa Ceylon - the world’s largest Luxury Ayurveda chain requires a dynamic, result oriented and self-motivated person to fill the Brand Activations Executive position:

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementing brand activation strategies

• Developing a brand activation calendar

• Responsible for end-to-end executions of all activations & BTL initiatives

• Identifying brand activations & BTL concepts that fit with the brand

• Weekly and monthly program monitoring reports to track effectiveness

• Working with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of activations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, or another relevant field

• Experience in a similar capacity is preferred

• Required to have hands on ground involvement during activations

• Strong internal and external communication skills

• Be able to function independently under minimum supervision

• Ability to work under pressure according to timelines
