Full-Time Position

We are looking for a smart, organised, and responsible Programme Coordinator to manage academic operations and support students and lecturers.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate class schedules and lecturer timetables
Manage student inquiries, attendance & records
Support assessments, submissions, and exams
Assist lecturers with materials and documentation
Maintain programme quality and compliance
Handle daily academic and office operations

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Management/Education or related field
Strong communication & organisational skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Computer literacy (MS Office / Google Tools / CRM)
Experience in academic admin is an added advantage
