RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient and seamless execution of projects.
• Lead and manage the timely achievement of all project deliverables and milestones, ensuring alignment with defined timelines and objectives.
• Plan, coordinate, and facilitate regular meetings with clients and key stakeholders to review progress and address concerns.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress against key indicators, and manage scope, timeline, and resource adjustments as needed.
• Proactively identify potential risks, issues, and dependencies, and work with relevant teams to implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Provide clear, consistent, and timely communication on project status, progress, and risks to all relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee all customer support operations, ensuring service excellence and alignment with agreed service level expectations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promptly resolve customer issues and continuously enhance overall customer satisfaction.
• Plan and conduct regular support review meetings with stakeholders to assess performance, discuss feedback, and implement improvements.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university in Management, IT, Accounting, or related fields; full qualification in PMP, CSM, or equivalent.
• Advantageous to have prior experience in Oracle implementation or similar solutions.
• Preferred experience in project management, support management or ERP implementation skills.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
