Role Description

Successful candidates would be responsible for troubleshooting and solving critical P2 incidents, perform Critical changes with no failures.

Is proactive in owning issues and self-driven. Perform tasks with minimal or no supervision.

Be a team player and also be a mentor for fellow engineers. Being empathetic and having sound communication skills.

In this role, a successful candidate would technically Plan, Build, Run with primary focus on operation and support activities.

Availability Management:

• Troubleshooting, Resolution process and Problem Resolution for Voice-Video and Audio Visual System.

Configuration Management:

• Polycom GS 500/700, HDX-7000,8000, DMA, RMX, TRIO Endpoint configuration.
• Cisco TP, CUCM, TMS
• VOIP Phones Polycom, Cisco.
• AV Devices, Polycom Touch control, Crestron Control, Video Servers,
• MTRoA, MTRoW, Surface Hub, Teams meeting, ability to complete configuration and troubleshooting of MTR devices
• Knowledge on Crestron, Extron, Qsys, Amplifiers, Video endpoints

Documentation:

• Document the modifications and maintain the diagrams, Flow Charts, updates.
• Document SOPs Knowledge base for various processes
• Reporting and statistics

Problem Management:

• Analyze the root cause of Video/Network/configuration recurring issues provide the resolution.
• Prepare the best practices documentation

Qualification:

• Degree preferably in engineering, Years of Experience 7-8 Years of relevant experience
