Marketing Data Analyst - ReapDigital

We are looking for a Marketing Data Analyst to support our team in analyzing and optimizing marketing campaign performance. Fresh graduates with a strong analytical background who are eager to apply their problem-solving skills to digital marketing and business growth are also welcome. You will work closely with senior analysts to evaluate campaign data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of marketing and advertising data from multiple platforms.
• Assist in building performance dashboards and reports using tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or Looker Studio.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), return on ad spend (ROAS), and customer lifetime value (LTV).
• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to provide insights that help refine targeting, messaging, and budget distribution.
• Work with tracking tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate data collection.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to interpret a dataset.
• Strong communication skills to explain analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• A self-motivated learner with an interest in marketing analytics and performance measurement.

Preferred Skills:

• Basic knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis.
• Previous internship experience in data analysis, business analytics, or marketing is a plus.
