Job Profile:

• Extract, model, and structure data from multiple banking systems to generate insights across products, customer segments, channels, and geographies.
• Build digital adoption, customer behaviour, and performance dashboards to guide strategic decisions.
• Develop predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques to optimize digital performance.
• Drive insights-led decision making to increase activation, usage, retention, and cross-sell across digital channels.
• Lead implementation frameworks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of digital initiatives.
• Build automated dashboards to monitor sales performance, digital adoption, and process gaps.
• Identify business opportunities, streamline digital processes, and support sales teams with actionable insights.
• Champion digital optimization projects end-to-end and set targets aligned to KPIs.

Applicant Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Systems/Data Analytics/Computer Science/Business Administration or a related field, which is recognized by the University Grants Commission.
• 7-10 years’ experience in analytics, data science, MIS, or digital insights, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong technical skills: SQL, Tableau, Python, Excel, and analytics/statistical/Programming tools.
• Qualifications in Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or equivalent is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, lead projects, and drive a data-driven culture.
• Experience in predictive modelling, customer insights, or digital analytics is essential.
