Job Profile:

Extract, model, and structure data from multiple banking systems to generate insights across products, customer segments, channels, and geographies.
Build digital adoption, customer behaviour, and performance dashboards to guide strategic decisions.
Develop predictive models using statistical and machine learning techniques to optimize digital performance.
Drive insights-led decision making to increase activation, usage, retention, and cross-sell across digital channels.
Lead implementation frameworks, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery of digital initiatives.
Build automated dashboards to monitor sales performance, digital adoption, and process gaps.
Identify business opportunities, streamline digital processes, and support sales teams with actionable insights.
Champion digital optimization projects end-to-end and set targets aligned to KPIs.

Applicant Profile:

Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Information Systems/Data Analytics/Computer Science/Business Administration or a related field, which is recognized by the University Grants Commission.
7-10 years’ experience in analytics, data science, MIS, or digital insights, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
Strong technical skills: SQL, Tableau, Python, Excel, and analytics/statistical/Programming tools.
Qualifications in Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or equivalent is an added advantage.
Strong communication, critical thinking, and report-writing skills.
Ability to work under pressure, lead projects, and drive a data-driven culture.
Experience in predictive modelling, customer insights, or digital analytics is essential.
