Senior Dealer (Treasury) – DFCC Bank

The Role:

Carrying out customer Fixed income transactions.
Managing the customer Repo Portfolio and direct contribution to Treasury NII.
Actively involved in interbank fixed-income dealings.

The Person:

Possess a minimum of five (05) years' experience in a treasury front office of a commercial Bank in the capacity of a fixed income dealer.
Possess a degree or a full professional qualification acceptable to the bank.
Possess the ACI Dealing Certificate/ Certificate in Treasury and Foreign Exchange Operations conducted by CBSL or IBSL.
Sound knowledge of the capital and financial market and regulatory framework.
Self - motivated individual with good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Possess mathematical, analytical, leadership and negotiation skills.
