Chief Financial Officer – Management Systems Private Limited

Our client is a Development Bank in Sri Lanka with an extensive branch network, embarking on a journey to foster prosperity in our nation. The Bank's mandate is to promote economic activities in the country by nurturing rural entrepreneurship to reduce disparities in income distribution and create employment opportunities. Currently, they are actively seeking a highly skilled finance professional for the position.

Key Requirements:

• A Degree from a recognized University with a postgraduate qualification or member of ICASL or ClMA or ACCA.
• 08 years' experience in Finance at Senior Management level of which 05 years should begin at a Bank/Financial Institution.
• Proven track record of man management and interaction at the Board Level.
• Age - below 56 years.

Conditions of Employment: 

• This Will be a Corporate Management position (equivalent to the grade of Deputy General Manager) on contract basis for 03 years and performance will be evaluated annually.
