About the job

Job Profile:

Overall supervision of the Branch, including credit decisions within the delegated authority, collections and operations
To achieve the given performance targets, which include revenue, profitability, deposits, advances and all other cross-selling targets
Cross-selling and consistent engagement with the existing asset customer base to draw new leads and identify new opportunities to grow the asset book
Asset portfolio management, including credit evaluation and post monitoring.
Ensure that all operational/ credit policy and procedure manuals are followed up on/adhered to by the staff, and the necessary internal controls are implemented
Own and drive the customer experience in the branch by ensuring the Nation's way of customer experience is delivered
Inspire and motivate staff through creating a culture of openness and fair play, whilst recognizing their achievements and good work

Special Skills:

A team player with an outgoing personality and good marketing skills to develop a profitable customer base through service excellence is essential
Excellent people management skills
Good analytical and multi-tasking skills
Ability to work under pressure

Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum 9 Years, out of which 5 Years at Managerial Level with hands-on experience in Branch Operations, Credit, Sales and Customer Service

Stakeholder Management Strong Analytical Leadership and Team Management Work Under Pressure
