Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Administrative & Operations Assistant to support our regional team in daily administrative and operational tasks. This role is ideal for undergraduates in Business, Finance, or Customer Service who are eager to gain practical experience and develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in regional administrative and operational tasks.
Support data entry, analysis, and preparation of reports.
Communicate with internal teams and customers as needed.
Help coordinate team activities and maintain accurate documentation.
Utilize Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, for daily tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Finance, or Customer Service.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
