The Job
-Facilitate communication between project stakeholders, team members, and other relevant parties.
-Organize regular project meetings.
-Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.
-Provide administrative support to project teams as needed.
-Coordinate travel, meetings, and other logistical arrangements.
-Procurement Coordination and Maintaining the organization’s IT assets.
The Person
-Diploma in IT.
-Prior experience is not a must.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
