Job Purpose:
- The primary objective of the Campaign Manager role is to strategically develop and execute campaigns that drive digital adoption of Dialog's platforms and key user journeys. This includes encouraging users to transition from offline to online modes for services such as e-sales, e-reloads, e-bill payments, self-care usage, and chatbot interactions. The Campaign Manager will craft effective campaign strategies by identifying platform needs, user journey objectives, and current gaps in awareness, engagement, education, or conversion.
The Job:
- Develop campaign strategies aligned with organizational goals, addressing gaps between current and desired outcomes.
- Classify campaign objectives into Awareness, Education, Engagement, and Conversion, crafting campaigns with effective hooks to drive adoption.
- Lead campaign performance and planning strategies through creative planning, seamless coordination among multiple teams, and efficient reporting related to digital adoption.
- Analyze data and consumer behavior to prepare innovative campaigns targeting the right audiences through cost-effective channels.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends and consumer behavior to capitalize on opportunities.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including Commercial, Marketing, and Traffic Ops, for campaign planning, creation, and optimization.
- Drive adoption through external platforms that serve as key touchpoints for Dialog customers.
- Analyze existing campaign mechanics to achieve commercial objectives and derive performance insights.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve efficiency in the marketing planning department.
- Collaborate with the business intelligence team to generate reports showcasing trends based on past consumer behavior for informed campaign planning.
- Understand the e-commerce landscape, product categories, and pricing to generate weekly revenue-driving campaigns.
- Negotiate bank and voucher promotions with the partnership team to support product movements.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure campaign materials are accurate and up-to-date. Prepare e-commerce cart rules and voucher codes, assessing the financial impact of promotions.
- Allocate budgets effectively across channels to meet traffic targets while ensuring a positive return on investment.
- Monitor daily channel budgets, analyzing spending patterns and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Manage budget splits at the SKU or user journey level to ensure balanced allocation.
- Focus on sustainable growth by distributing budgets across awareness, education, engagement, and conversion goals.
- Conduct post mortems to assess campaign effectiveness and share key learnings with collaborating teams.
- Prepare daily performance reports to monitor revenue generated from e-commerce channels, categories, and products.
- Report on individual product performance and profitability to support overall business profit management.
- Identify effective campaigns, artworks, banners, and app real estate to optimize performance.
- Track and report daily performance metrics (DAU, MAU, Stickiness) within assigned platform assets to ensure targets are met.
The Person :
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field .
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in marketing or business management within a reputable organization .
- Proficiency in MS Office, BI Data Studio, and Meta/Google advertising tools.
