Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to coordinate with the relevant stakeholders on technical aspects of the product by adhering to the critical path to achieving customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in the Tech Pack meeting/Sewing Meeting along with the required team to identify the most effective method of pattern construction.
- Check the accuracy of the patterns are created in alignment with the design intent and according to the pattern creation process upon receipt of the tech pack as to ensure that no pattern issues are transmitted to the bulk production process.
- Timely communication of the technical knowledge among the stakeholders as to ensure technical clarifications are met.
- Make sure customer comments are accurately incorporated at each cycle to achieve the expected fit requirements.
- Ensure patterns are graded accurately according to the customer specifications and participate in the fit sessions and adhere to the fit protocols.
- Facilitate costing, Sampling and ordering processes by providing accurate patterns and other relevant documents in a timely manner.
- Drive required Performance improvement projects and use MOS principles in day-to-day activities to ensure that the technical team members are aligned to the Lean Manufacturing Principles practiced as Organizational standards.
Knowledge and Skills:
- A Degree in Textile Engineering, Textile, or Clothing from a recognized university.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong background in apparel production.
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
