Intern - Learning & Development - MAS Kreeda Biyagama

MAS KREEDA is a division of MAS Holdings, exclusively producing high-performance sportswear for Nike. With manufacturing facilities in Jordan, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka, MAS KREEDA delivers a competitive edge by offering quick market access and ensuring top-tier quality control. The division's product range includes Bodywear, Knit, Fleece, Tees, Woven, Sweaters, Engineered Knit, and Bras, showcasing its diverse expertise in sportswear manufacturing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in executing key talent development initiatives such as IDP programmers, women in management, critical talent development, shop floor development, and global talent movement coordination. 
• Support the L&D team in upcoming learning cycles by coordinating awareness sessions, creating presentation decks, and ensuring 100% employee participation and completion.
• Support the onboarding programmers for L&D together with the team.
• Maintain and update L&D-related databases accurately.
• Assist in sourcing and coordinating with external trainers.
• Contribute to the creation of training flyers, booklets, materials, certificates, and more. 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: 

• Undergraduate or partially qualified in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Psychology, or General Business Management. 
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and presentation skills is essential.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
