Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS. We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirements for layouts and ensure machines are available for production, prepare layout, Yamazumi.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Continuously look for ways to reduce machine requirements for layouts and ensure machines are available for production, prepare layout, Yamazumi.
• Observe and escalate any abnormalities seen in the shop floor and engage in resolving them.
• Support continuously by looking for automation options to de-skill the operation at the Pre-Production stage and ensure the availability of the Tech Pack.
• Assist to Improve module capacity by applying required IE tools.
• Support to ensure adherence to compliance, health and safety procedures during the entire physical/chemical testing process to maintain zero accidents.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Following a Degree in Physical Science, Engineering from a recognized university or NDT Diploma/ SLITA/Textile Management.
• Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset with strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
