Intern - Human Resources - MAS Capital

Key Responsibilities:

Support the governance of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems across the Group, ensuring adherence to established processes.
Assist in enhancing HR systems by identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimizing user experience.
Analyze, organize, and visualize large datasets to provide meaningful insights that inform decision-making.
Conduct data audits and quality assurance activities to maintain integrity across Oracle-integrated systems.
Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to support business stakeholders.

Knowledge and Skills:

Degree or professional qualification in Human Resources, Management, or a related field (preference for HR).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with strong attention to detail in documentation.
Technologically adept, with familiarity or interest in digital tools and emerging technologies such as AI.
Excellent written communication and document drafting abilities.
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills, capable of effective collaboration.
Basic experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) is desirable.
