Executive - Finance MAS Bodyline Horana

Bodyline is a joint venture between MAS Holdings, Triumph International Germany and Mast Industries USA, offering apparel solutions from concept to delivery. Bodyline specializes in producing fitted garments and superior next-to-skin performance wear and is the go-to vendor for bra innovations. The company has evolved from making simple minimalist styles for a single customer to multiple styles and silhouettes across product categories for global brands.

We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to contribute to customer and overall business profitability by recording, analyzing, presenting and reviewing financial information through formulating budgets, analyzing actual performance, preparation of periodic reports, and providing leadership in addressing root causes for variances while contributing to the development of improved business processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• Control and govern the material ordering process by authorizing PO’s in a timely and accurate manner and Inventory Management and valuation. 
• Steer & control performance of the account through timely reporting (Monthly BA reports/ Pre & Post order evaluations, Sales variance analysis/ Costing & Pricing), organizing and reviewing operational and financial performance
• Provision of management reports to organization leadership, MAS & JV partners on all matters related to turnover, inventory management raw material cost and related cost of failure by customers.
• Drive Projects to improve customer profitability in areas such as RMC consumption, write-offs, Air freight, Inventory management, Systems, working capital management & optimization.
• Ensure compliance with the defined governance framework including upholding the MAS DNA, following group policies & procedures, best practices relevant laws & regulations and undertake every necessary action to comply with the governance framework.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS: 

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management from a recognized university.
• Partly Qualified ICASL / ACA / ACCA.
• 1-2 years’ experience in the Finance sector and Inventory Management experience would be added advantage. 
• Negotiation & presentation skills.
