ERP Assistant - MAS Intimates Ratmalana

MAS Intimates, the largest division of MAS Holdings, provides design and manufacturing solutions for leading global lingerie brands. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow up and ensure timely completion of all key activities predetermined in the customer calendar, and prepare detailed plans in regard to the subsequent activities with internal teams.
• Execute and ensure completion of critical path activities and ensure all system-related tasks, such as creating and raising booking forms, is completed in a timely and accurate manner.
• Ensure availability of adequate raw material stock, manage inventory, provide accurate, timely & complete data on procurement and follow up on all payments to suppliers.
• Establish strong relationships with suppliers whilst demonstrating the ability to effectively negotiate the best price to ensure procurement of raw material is delivered to the required quality and quantity.
• Work on BOM Creation, PO Creation or Portal release, PI Confirmation (Performa Invoice) or Portal Acceptance.
• Follow bulk colour approvals in order to ensure RM is available on time to start production (bulk submission, shipment samples) 
• Coordinate and confirm Raw Material Inhouse dates with suppliers and Production Planning teams to ensure all parties are aware of any changes/ details.
• Bringing in Bulk Materials for Red Tag/bulk Purple Seal Sampling.
• Work in collaboration with cross-functional teams and external parties to bring Raw Material for factory integration on time.
• Ensure smooth order management function by implementing an accurate and detailed time & action plan for all related activities and regularly updating/ sharing relevant information with respective stakeholders
• Consolidate and manage raw material arrivals in line with planned requirements / manage and analyse stock levels (Dummy and Liability stock) to meet factory service requirements with the proper maintenance and monitoring of write-offs and liabilities across the account.
• Attend to the shipping arrangements and all related documentation to ensure timely delivery.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

• Degree in Production Management or Marketing.
• 1 – 2 Years of experience in a similar field.
• Communication and Analytical skills.
