KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze and monitor module-wise cadre requirements against budgeted levels to ensure smooth operations.
Take necessary action to fulfill manpower requirements effectively and in a timely manner.
Update ER reports, books, charts, and SAP systems with accurate LTO and absenteeism data.
Share updated reports with relevant stakeholders on a daily, weekly, monthly, or on-request basis.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:

Fully or partially completed degree or diploma in Human Resource Management or a relevant field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Good IT literacy.
