About the job

Job Profile:

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key business and operational metrics. Ensure outputs are timely, accurate, and aligned with the needs of product, marketing, and leadership teams.
• Conduct deep-dive and hypothesis-driven analysis to understand customer behavior, product performance, and growth levers. Use data to validate assumptions and uncover actionable insights.
• Translate analytics into clear business recommendations by combining behavioral data with qualitative and quantitative customer surveys. Support the development of customer segments for targeting and personalization.
• Explore and support the deployment of AI-driven solutions, with a focus on identifying and executing quick-win use cases using Generative AI to improve efficiency, personalization, and customer experience.
• Work closely with digital, product, and marketing teams to scope analysis, deliver insights, and track impact. Use tools such as SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau to automate reporting and enable self-service analytics.

Experience & Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, or performance reporting. Exposure to digital platforms, mobile apps, or consumer banking products is preferred.
• Possesses strong working knowledge of SQL and Excel, with proficiency in handling large datasets and conducting hypothesis-driven or exploratory analysis.
• Experience building dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to communicate insights effectively across business teams.
• Familiarity with digital banking, mobile apps, or savings products. Ability to connect data trends to business performance and customer outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Curious, detail-oriented, and proactive. Comfortable working in a dynamic environment and eager to contribute to a data-driven culture.
