The Information Technology Resource Development Authority (ITRDA) is an institution established by the Western Provincial Council in Sri Lanka to promote and develop the use of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) within the province. It focuses on enhancing public service delivery through ICT, managing ICT infrastructure, and providing training and support to government officers and the public.
