Requirements

1 year experience in a Call Centre
Dynamic Team Player with Good Interpersonal Skills
Excellent Communication Skills in English (Spoken and Written) with Good Telephone Etiquette
Computer Literacy (Microsoft Word & Excel)
Ability to work under pressure
Competent in all three languages will be an added advantage
