About the job

Job Profile:

Support in developing a strong portfolio risk management framework.
Execution of operational processes related to managing the Commercial Banking (CB) portfolio. Ensure smooth handling of account allocations, reconciliations, and coordination with relevant stakeholders.
Support monitoring and management of overdue/stress contracts in the CB portfolio.
Develop reporting systems to manage, monitor, and report activities related to portfolio/special projects. Prepare dashboards and reports for internal reviews and stakeholder communication.
Operates as a central point for Commercial Banking portfolio-related information.

Special Skills:

Strong analytical and credit risk management skills.
Proficiency in Finacle, reporting tools, S-Collect, Tableau (view), and MS Office.
Fair knowledge of all lending areas specially Commercial Banking.

Experience & Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Bank/Financial Institution preferably with exposure to similar operations
Part/Full qualification in Banking Or CIMA/CIM/ACCA/ACA/CFA

Risk Management Strong Analytical Attention to detail Problem Solving
