Key Responsibilities:

BOI Zone Management: Oversee BOI zone operations, including access control and visitor management.
Facilities Support: Assist with facility maintenance, contractor management, and general administrative tasks.
Logistics: Manage transport requests, shipping activities, and invoice processing.
Process Improvement: Contribute to developing SOPs for administrative functions.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing or has completed a degree in Business Management, Human Resources Management or a relevant field.
Competent in the use of the MS Office suite with special emphasis on Excel.
Results-oriented and enthusiastic with the ability to work in a matrix organisation.
