Locations – Matara / Kandy / Kurunegala

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and offer coordination.
Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate technical/final interviews with hiring managers.
Represent the company at job fairs, recruitment programs of Universities / Technical Institutes, and networking events to build strong talent pipelines.
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and relevant labour regulations.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract and retain high-caliber talent.

Key Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably hiring sales staff.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to multitask and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRIS/ATS systems is an advantage.
Proactive, results-oriented, and detail-focused.
