About the job

Job Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise the Calling Centre team to achieve their daily targets and employee administrative management
Maintain the pending order report and identify the reasons behind it, and release after necessary approvals
Checking the product margin in the system and escalate the report to top management
System hygiene check to identify the discount rates available in the system and update any deviance with the correct information
Ensure all scheme discounts are correctly updated on the system
Coordinate with other departments to discuss possible improvements to customer service
Motivate staff in handling change, building trust, and partnership
Manage and coordinate special projects and assignments on process and system improvements.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 8 years of work experience in the customer care department in a reputed organization and at least 3 years of experience managing a team
Previous experience in handling a call centre is a must
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
