As we continue redefining modern living and expanding our digital presence across local and international markets, we are strengthening our team with a Digital and Performance Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Digital Strategy & Planning
- Develop end-to-end digital strategies for pre-launch, launch, and remarketing phases.
- Prepare digital media plans based on project positioning, audience insights, customer profiles, and budget allocations.
- Identify optimal digital platforms and establish KPI benchmarks.
2. Paid Advertising
- Execute and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, DV360, LinkedIn, TikTok, and programmatic channels.
- Conduct A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and audiences.
- Monitor daily campaign performance and make real-time optimizations to reduce cost and improve lead quality.
- Implement advanced targeting, including lookalikes, retargeting, geo-targeting, and behavioral filters.
3. SEO & Organic Growth
- Lead the SEO strategy, including keyword planning, content optimization, on-page SEO, and link building.
- Analyze website performance and improve ranking for project-specific and branded keywords.
- Ensure landing pages meet SEO best practices to enhance visibility and lead conversion.
4. Website & Landing Page Management
- Oversee creation and testing of conversion-optimized landing pages for each project
- Ensure mobile responsiveness, speed optimization, and UX improvements.
- Manage tracking pixels, tags, and analytics instrumentation.
5. Data Analytics & Insights
- Monitor all campaign KPIs through GA4, Meta Ads Manager, and CRM dashboards.
- Produce weekly/monthly reports covering funnel performance and consumer insights.
- Provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
6. Lead Management & Coordination with Sales
- Ensure accurate lead flow from digital channels into CRM systems
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve lead-to-visit and visit-to-sale conversions.
- Identify drop-off points in the lead journey and implement nurturing/remarketing tactics.
7. Content & Creative Direction
- Guide creative production for digital assets including videos, reels, walkthroughs, and lifestyle content.
- Ensure alignment with brand identity and project positioning.
8. Budget & Agency Management
- Manage digital marketing agencies, performance partners, and freelancers.
- Evaluate media proposals and negotiate cost efficiencies.
- Track budget usage and ensure ROI-focused spending.
- Oversee performance audits and identify underperforming areas.
9. Competitor & Market Intelligence
- Conduct ongoing analysis of competitor campaigns, ad strategies, keyword bidding, and audience tactics.
- Benchmark company performance against key players in real estate.
- Identify emerging digital trends, tools, and technologies.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Management, IT/Computer Science, Communications, Economics, or related field.
- 5–7 years’ experience in digital/performance marketing, ideally in real estate or other high-performing industries.
- Proven ability to lead and optimize digital campaigns with strong budget management skills.
- Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, SEO/SEM, CRM systems, and landing page optimization.
- Highly analytical, data-driven, and skilled in conversion tracking and performance improvement.
- Creative and technically strong, with the ability to turn insights into impactful digital actions.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and takes full ownership of tasks and outcomes.
- Strong understanding of CRM workflows and integrated digital marketing processes.
- Solid understanding of SEO frameworks, keyword planning, ranking optimisation, and technical SEO.
- Working knowledge of GEO and how to optimise content for LLMs, AI search engines, and generative answer surfaces.
